How does Pescatech's pricing work?
All prices (on our website, in our catalogue and on any other promotional material) exclude VAT and delivery charges and are subject to change without prior notice.
How do I order?
All orders are to be placed in writing (fax or email) or online. Written orders must include: Order number, delivery address and contact details of the person receiving the order.
How does delivery work and when can I expect my goods to arrive?
Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order provided that the order reaches us before 12:00 and that payment terms have been adhered to. Cape Town clients will receive their order within 24 hours, and national clients within 72 hours, of goods being dispatched. Outlying areas may experience a delay in delivery.
Can I collect my order directly or use my own courier company?
Clients are also welcome to collect orders directly from Pescatech (kindly confirm that your order is ready before pick up) or use their own courier company (simply give us the courier account number and we will arrange for collection).
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are strictly CAD (cash against delivery) or 30 days from statement, once a credit approved account has been opened. CAD means you are required to show proof of payment before the goods will be dispatched. If a cheque deposit is made, we will only dispatch your order once our bank has cleared the cheque. This could take up to five working days.

What is the returns policy?
Returns need to be in their original packaging and condition, be accompanied by the original invoice and will be subject to a discretionary 10% handling fee. No goods will be credit noted if returned after 14 days.
